I don't know what's going on with me now. :( Things are getting out of hand.
Last week, I noticed that my pants don't fit the way the used to. Yup, they got tighter which is bad news for me. I don't like adding more weight! It's scarry. Really. :|
My solution to this is DIETING.
Sounds pretty simple but hard to do. Well, for food lovers. :D
I've been doing this for a week. On my first 3-5 days I only have 1 meal + a bit of inbetween snacks. No breakfast, no dinner. But then last Sunday, I heard on the radio that Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. So I eat breakfast regularly again but still I had lunch BUT no more inbetween snacks.
Just last Tuesday (I was still avoiding Dinner), I was watching TV and I felt weak and sick. I was dizzy and my tummy hurt. Then something got into my head. What if I get ulser? What would happen? It's harder that being fat, right? Because of that, I went downstairs to our dinning room and ate dinner. :< Now, I'm doing the same thing again. I'm back to my regular eating scheme. The Normal Human way. :))
But still, I avoid eating one meal if possible. I also don't take much of meat and rice. It's good that we have fruits here. It helps me. Like, If I feel like eating 2hours after lunch, I take it and I'm worry-free. :)
But please answer me. Is it going to help me prevent weight gain? I'm just puzzled.
Anyway, sorry for this sad-slash-dramatic post of mine. I need help. :|

Mixed feelings; excitement and melancholy.
But I don't want to explain the gloomy feeling. There's too much drama in this post. I don't want to add anymore.
We'll be leaving for subic tomorrow. :) Swim in the Beach and then go to Ocean Adventure. Yay, dolphins!
Oh shoooot! I've got this thing and it only started yesterday. :<
