I feel guilty for doing this just now. But at least I still remembered to. :) Okay, let me thank God for this successful school year.
He let me pass the volleyball, Komu and cheering tryouts. God also made me join the Battle of the Bands--where we danced, and yes, it was a competition.
I remember when all these three extra curricular activities jolted in and crashed me, my time, my studies. EVERYTHING. I had volleyball practices during Monday, Wednesday and Thursday (I dropped it as soon as the Komu started their practices). Komusikasyon was preparing for the EcoSong Fest that time and for the Battle of the Bands, we had practice 3 times a week too, that is what I remember. I barely had weekends because Saturday was taken away by Komu and Dance practices. I thought I was going to die with all these. Fortunately, I didn't. And that's what I thank Him most for.
The most amazing thing was, my grades weren't affected. In fact, they all went up. :D
Oh yes! I almost forgot about the cheering.. part. Honestly, everyone in the high school body found it bad, I must say. I did too. What caused such a bad performance? Lack of practices and too many dancers. But you know, people learn from their mistakes. That's why when the Battle of the Bands came, we redeemed ourselves.
The final results:
Battle of the Bands - First, they said it was a tie between us, the freshmen, and the Juniors. And then later on, we landed second. It was okay with me. The Juniors deserved the floor anyway and their dance was so GOOD.
Komusikasyon EcoSong Fest - The Komu worked really hard for this moment, like they do every year. And when I say "worked hard", it means blood and sweat. That is why they won the biggest trophy.
As for my volleyball "career".. -sigh-
~I also thank God for my Twilight family, who have been there for me. Edward (Mikah), Czari (Alice), Colleen (Who are you? Haha!), Eliana (Rosalie), Luisa (Can you fill up this part for me?), Dez (Esme), Niqui (whoopsies) and last but not the least, Mia (Jacob).
I LOVE ALL OF YOU!
I can't imagine my life without these guys. And I also want to say that I miss all of you.
Here are some more people that I thank for:
ISH - She's been always there for me. We're always together--Recess, Lunch and Varsity trainings. We exchange secrets and we, of course, keep them to ourselves.
DOTTIE - We always have laugh trips. I remember when we were at the playground with Colleen! And we were pushing that-thing-I-don't-know-what-it's-called so hard, that Colleen kept freakin' out every time we did it. (Hi Colleen!)
COLLEEN - The person I blame for making me love POP TARTS! And I know (even though she doesn't tell me), she blames me for being food-less every time she gets hungry. Sorry, Colleen! I miss your bubbly attitude, btw.
MIKAH - Edward! Ha ha. Mikah has always been there for me too. And I know my secrets are safe with her. Super smart dude!
JUSTIN - The guy I'm totally open to, even though we haven't met personally. I feel like he's already an old friend. Is.. that good?
JERIKA - I'm sorry for fading away. Y`know, for not chatting with you suddenly. I must say I missed you too. I hope I could chat with you again, since it's summer and I'm not busy with school. :D
CZARI - Aliiiiice! We often keep in touch now, I guess. Because we often chat. Ha ha. Czari. So cute and cheerful.
BERNADETTE - Sorry for not hanging out with you. I miss you so much, more than you could imagine. You'll always be my best friend!
~This post is enough for now. I have to eat lunch. Bye!
