1. They promised her a Dignity concert DVD, which she never got.
2. They want her to go back to her Disney roots, and start making bubble-gum pop again, just like she did in metamorphosis and all that.
3. They were pressuring her to release a new CD this year, which she refused to do because shes writing the music for a CD she was planning to release this summer.
In conclusion, Hollywood Records was treating Hilary like crap, so she decided to break apart from them. It wasn’t her choice or plan to make another “best of” CD, but she couldn’t control that. Since Hollywood Records didn’t want her to leave, in return they have given Hil’s new CD absolutely no promo or advertisement, because they hope Hilary will simply vanish and be forgotten. So buy her CD, so we, as her fans, can prove to Hollywood Records that Hilary will NOT be forgotten and can still do good on the charts.
